Parallelogramophonograph presents, in the month of December, the latest in their catalogue of innovative improvisational show formats: French Farce. PGraph will improvise a hilarious one-act play in the grand tradition of Moliere, Fawlty Towers, and everything in between.

PGraph's French Farce is an exploration of the latent comedy in social status. Infidelity, insecurity, and insatiable appetites for wealth and power will collide with riveting consequences. No topic is taboo; No neurosis too absurd.

Rich in physical humor and word play, French Farce will be a delight to watch. Come see PGraph turn a blank stage into a French salon, a blank script into sharp social commentary, and "improv comedy" into "théâtre improvisé".

Parallelogramophonograph has been performing together for over two years. They have performed around the country, at numerous venues around Austin, and were nominated for the B. Iden Payne award for Outstanding Improv Ensemble. Through their ongoing Thursday show at ColdTowne Theater, PGraph has continued to create new show formats and push the boundaries of their improvisational skills. Parallelogramophonograph is always playful and funny, yet never afraid to let dramatic moments add the bitter to their sweet improvised stories.
